How can I track my order?Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with the designated tracking number. If you have not received this information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us via email at shop@roseposhboutique.com, we are more than happy to assist.

Does Rose Posh accept returns or exchanges?Rose Posh® takes pride in our quality control efforts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our boutique. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped out to customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 7 days of the item being delivered (according to the tracking number). Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team at shop@roseposhboutique.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Once you have received confirmation from our customer service team, you will receive a return label via email. Please utilize the label to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Sale or clearance items Jewelry Swimwear Undergarments If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact customer support immediately at shop@roseposhboutique.com and provide photographs of the item in question.
