SHIPPING POLICY
We’re so excited for you to receive your goodies. Every purchase makes our day!
Rose Posh ships orders to customers across the United States (U.S.). We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
All orders will generally be shipped out within 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends.
Once the parcel has been turned over to the shipping company (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.), you will receive the designated tracking number and the shipping company will become responsible at that point. Rose Posh will no longer be responsible nor liable for lost, undelivered, nor damaged parcels.
If you have issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact the designated shipping company directly.
If you have not received a tracking number from Rose Posh within three days of placing your order, please contact us at shop@roseposhboutique.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Rose Posh® takes pride in our quality control efforts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our boutique. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped out to customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 7 days of the item being delivered (according to the tracking number). Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at shop@roseposhboutique.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

Once you have received confirmation from our customer service team, you will receive a return label via email. Please utilize the label to ship the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact customer support immediately at shop@roseposhboutique.com and provide photographs of the item in question.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
